To establish and develop mutual aid assistance in case of industrial or community emergency situations, natural or man made.

To provide timely and organized assistance to cope with any emergency which is beyond the ability of the affected member to handle.

To cultivate best industry practices for the prevention of fortuitous loss (fire, medical emergencies, and accidental exposure to hazardous materials etc.).

To assure a state of readiness to respond to any critical incident (fire, medical emergencies and accidental exposure to hazardous materials etc.) through professional training, equipment availability, safe and prompt response.

To evaluate all actions in the context of the mission and purpose of TTEMAS.

To establish uniform operations and practices for use by members of TTEMAS.

To encourage and promote Loss Control Procedures as they relate to hazards associated with industry.

To sensitize and educate the members as well as the public to disaster threats and the benefits of pre-incident planning.
